Other thing if you guys don't mind me asking how long did it take you guys to get your CISSP. I was thinking of trying to get this cert .

I personally procrastinated for 3 years. I took the test 2 months after I decided I was ready. Studied for about a week before the test by reading the Shon Harris book.
Test was much easier than I though it would be. I suggest everyone take it if they have the experience required. You'd be surprised at how much you actually know!
